This page contains everything from stories about how I was raised by my Korean mother and using those teaching as life lessons now to teach my own child to currently trying to figure out life now as an adult, husband, and father to becoming a streamer at my young(ish) age. I hope you enjoy the ride!

School’s Out for Summer!

Another school year in the books for mini me! No more gettin’ up super early, homework, Success Maker, Wonders, kahoot, Dojo, mojo, flojo, and whatever other programs the school board blindly signs up for. (I digress). But summer break is here and the mini couldn’t be happier.

What do you’ll have planned for the summer? Trips? Camps? Staying at home because someone’s gotta work to pay for the 1000s of snacks parents need to buy for the kids as they aren’t hungry but they’re a little hungry? No? Just us? Ok. I’m sure most of the teachers are glad to get a break from the kiddos, but I want to take the time to say thank you to all the teachers.

We were fortunate to have a safe school year and I appreciate the teachers and staff at the mini’s school. I know as a parent we ask for teachers to wear so many hats: educator, facilitator, mentor, counselor, friend, bonus parent, innovator, assessor, organizer, mediator, therapist, and so many more. Just know from our household, we truly appreciate all you teachers. We can see the growth in the mini and we can’t say thank you enough!

So for everyone, if you are traveling this summer or not, going to museums, water parks, camping, family reunions, summer league for sports, whatever it is, let’s be safe and drink lots of water!

Much Love
